Booking and Reservation Policies

What are your booking policies?
A 50% payment is required to confirm a reservation; the remaining amount is due before check-in. Since our stays are very popular, we advise making your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your dates!

Can I modify my booking?
Regretfully, we are unable to change our reservation dates. This enables us to guarantee availability for every visitor. When your trip plans are finalized, please make your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?
As soon as a reservation is confirmed, we strictly prohibit refunds. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

Can I get a refund if I check out early?
There are no refunds for unused nights or early check-outs. We have no doubt that you will enjoy every second of your visit!
Check-In and Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and check-in time is after 3:00 PM. This enables us to fully clean and be ready for our upcoming visitors.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
You can check in as early as 12:30 PM or check out as late as 12:00 PM (depending to availability) for a nominal cost of $75 AUD. Please contact us in advance to be sure.

How do I access the property?
For self-check-in, we employ a lockbox or keyless entry device. An access code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Can I get a refund if I check out early?
There are no refunds for unused nights or early check-outs. We have no doubt that you will enjoy every second of your visit!
During Your Stay

Are linens and towels provided?
Indeed! Each visitor receives a luxurious towel and clean sheets. Feel free to bring extra bedding or towels from home if necessary.

Can I have guests over during my stay?
Only the registered guests on your reservation are allowed to stay in order to keep everyone comfortable. We appreciate your understanding!

What if I’m bringing an infant?
Although our property isn't specifically baby-proofed, you are welcome to bring a baby. Please consider the needs of your family when evaluating the space. For an extra $50 setup cost, a travel cot can be provided upon request. Kindly let us know when you make a reservation.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Indeed, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi. Information is available in our guest book and will be communicated prior to your arrival.

Can I use the kitchen?
Of course! Everything you need to prepare a home-cooked dinner is available in our kitchen.

How do I access shared facilities like the gym or pool?
For shared facilities, each reservation comes with a single key fob. We are unable to supply more fobs, so we advise planning trips with your party.
House Rules: Parties, Noise, and Pets

Can I throw a party?
Although we enjoy festivities, gatherings are prohibited to protect everyone's privacy. Please pay attention to noise levels, particularly after 10:00 p.m.

Are pets allowed?
Even though we love animals, we don't allow pets on our properties to make sure everyone has a nice stay.

What happens if there’s an issue during my stay?
Notify us if something goes wrong! We'll find a different solution or quickly fix the problem.
Liability and Safety

Is the host responsible for personal belongings?
Although your safety is our top priority, we do not offer personal property insurance. We advise getting travel insurance or protecting valuables.

What about accidents or injuries?
Although we make every effort to keep the area safe, we are not liable for accidents. Please make careful and responsible usage of the property.Please take care and be responsible when using the property.
Check-Out and Departure

What should I do before checking out?
We respectfully request that you leave the property clean; please put dirty towels in the laundry basket and dispose of trash. The beds don't need to be stripped!

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Regretfully, we do not currently provide luggage storage. There are local luggage storage facilities available if your flight is later.

What if I leave something behind?
Please contact us right away if you forget anything. We will make every effort to return it to you at your cost.
Payments and Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We take bank transfers and all major credit cards. Payment information will be supplied at the time of booking.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Indeed! For stays longer than seven or thirty days, we provide a discount. For more information on available deals, get in touch.
Property Features

What amenities are included?
Every property has a fully functional kitchen, clean bedding, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a local guide with suggestions for places to visit.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking is found, there will be additional cleaning charges.

What should I do if something breaks?
Please let us know right away if something breaks during your stay. We’ll handle repairs promptly.
